Transcript Request Instructions:
Fill out the Kona Campus Transcript Request Form below, print, and submit it with the required documents and payment.
Online Payment Option: Please do not make any online payment prior to submitting the Transcript Request Form and receiving verification from our office.
Click here to pay for transcript online.* After creating account/logging in, select Kona Campus, then click on Pay for Transcripts.
